Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Claudia Mae. We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our pieces. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we do offer a return policy as outlined below.
Return Window
Customers may initiate a return within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All original packaging and documentation must be included
- The item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Ineligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom orders, including any items that have been resized, engraved, or modified at the customer’s request
- Any items marked as final sale or otherwise noted as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Claudia Mae does not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@claudiamae.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Processing & Refund Timeline
Once your return is received by our team, please allow 3 - 5 business days for inspection and processing. During this time, we will verify the condition of the item and confirm all original documentation is included.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within an additional 7 - 10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different item, please complete the return process for the original item and place a new order separately.
Additional Information
Claudia Mae reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. By placing an order with us, you agree to this return policy in full.
